Принята к публикации в Журнале технической физики в 2017 году статья заведующего лабораторией проблем когерентно-оптических измерений в точной механике, профессора, д.ф.-м.н. В.П. Рябухо, сотрудников лаборатории: к.ф.-м.н. Н.Ю. Мысиной, к.ф.-м.н. Л.А. Максимовой и аспиранта П.В. Рябухо «Определение субпиксельных микросмещений спекл-структуры методом фазового сдвига поля пространственного спектра».

В статье предложен и экспериментально реализован метод измерения субпиксельных микросмещений спекл-структуры, основанный на определении параметров линейного фазового набега, образующегося в поле комплексного пространственного спектра. Метод позволяет расширить диапазон измерений, производимых с помощью метода цифровой спекл-фотографии, для случая, когда период интерференционных полос, формируемых в суммарном пространственном спектре спеклограмм, оказывается существенно больше ширины спектра.

The method of measuring the subpixel microspaces of the speckle structure based on the determination of the parameters of the linear phase shift formed in the field of the complex spatial spectrum is proposed and experimentally implemented. The method makes it possible to expand the range of measurements made with the digital speckle-photography method for the case when the period of interference fringes formed in the total spatial spectrum of the spectograms turns out to be much larger than the spectral width.{:}
