Международный семинар International scientific cooperation in disaster mitigation and management

{:ru}В Институте проблем точной механики и управления РАН 20 февраля 2018 года состоялся интернет семинар, посвященный развитию международного сотрудничества в области предотвращения и смягчения последствий стихийных бедствий International scientific cooperation in disaster mitigation and management.  Centre for Disaster Mitigation and Management (Центр по смягчению последствий стихийных бедствий и управлению ими) был открыт в январе 2006 года. Центр нацелен на использование и формирование передового опыта в таких ключевых областях, как смягчение последствий стихийных бедствий и управление землетрясением, системы раннего предупреждения. Центр имеет опыт работы при землетрясениях, оползнях, циклонах и наводнениях, засухах, с использованием строительной техники, технологии геоматики (дистанционное зондирование, ГИС, GPS, геодезия, цифровая фотограмметрия и т. д.). На семинаре выступили широко известные в области системных проблем управления критическими ситуациями ученые ИПТМУ РАН и Центра .

Программа семинара

{:}{:en}On February 20, 2018, the Institute for Problems of Precise Mechanics and Control of the Russian Academy of Sciences hosted an online International workshop on International scientific cooperation in disaster mitigation and managment. The Center for Disaster Mitigation and Management was opened in January 2006. The Center aims to use and build best practices in key areas such as disaster mitigation and earthquake management, early warning systems. The center has experience in monitoring earthquakes, landslides, cyclones and floods, droughts, using construction equipment, geomatics technology (remote sensing, GIS, GPS, geodesy, digital photogrammetry, etc.). On the workshop, scientists of IPTMU RAS and the Center, well known in the field of systemic problems of managing critical situations, taken part with reports.
